What to include in your message
A clear message helps us help you faster. When you write, try to include:
- The page you were reading, such as the iOS guide or the PC guide.
- Your device and version, for example iPhone on iOS 18 or Windows 11.
- The exact error text or the step where you got stuck.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
What we can help with
- Reporting a step that no longer works.
- Correcting outdated version numbers, keys, or requirements.
- Suggesting a topic or a game script to cover.
- General questions about our guides and the Site.
- Privacy requests under the GDPR or CCPA.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot recover, unban, or restore a Roblox account.
- We cannot provide keys, paid versions, or private scripts.
- We do not offer one on one remote setup or account access.
- We will never ask for your Roblox password, and you should never send it.
